EFT is a simple, easy to learn process that combines the wisdom of ancient Chinese healing techniques and modern scientific knowledge of our mind/body connection. Requiring only minutes, this remarkable technique provides rapid relief from distressing emotions, limiting beliefs, patterns of behavior, post traumatic stress and negative perceptions that affect our mental, emotional and physical well being.

Use it to:

  • Eliminate mental chaos such as self-doubt, confusion, lack of focus, ambivalence, feeling overwhelmed, helpless, fearful or stuck.
  • Alleviate symptoms of sadness, depression, anxiety and addictions
