To achieve powerful, lasting and rapid results in therapy we must access the subconscious mind for it contains our emotions, imagination, memory, core beliefs, habits, intuition and creativity - the very essence of our experience of self and our world.
We can access our subconscious through Hypnosis, an altered state beyond ordinary consciousness and one which we enter and leave naturally many times every day. When in a hypnotized state we can set aside our limiting beliefs that may be preventing us from moving toward a healthier, happier self and change the programming of our subconscious mind.
In the creative process of transformational hypnotherapy we are able to travel from present to past events, in alignment with the clients intention, whether to explore the source of an issue, understand an illness, resolve a known trauma or change a pattern of behaviour. The results of a relatively brief series of hypnotherapy sessions are often faster, more profound, effective and long lasting than when using traditional modalities.
Hypnosis dramatically assists with improving performance, health, confidence, relationships, concentration, creativity and in overcoming habits, addictions, fears, pain, phobias and traumas. It is an invaluable tool for self-discovery, stress reduction, self-expression and spiritual growth. |
