Coaching is a powerful tool to support you in reaching your full potential. It is a partnership, which begins with provocative conversation about where you are today, where you want to go, and what you need to do to get there. A coach champions a client’s gifts and abilities and celebrates their accomplishments.
The Coach’s Job
A good coach provides a lens through which new attitudes and approaches may be considered to create environments that are supportive to your success. Careful listening to life’s challenges that are blocking your desired results, then providing clear, concise feedback to elicit solutions from within yourself, are just some of the skills used to attain your goals.

How Coaching Works
Coaching consists of a combination of telephone sessions, e-mail support and, when location permits, optional quarterly in person meetings. In most cases, I strongly recommend a commitment of 6 months to a year, depending on your goals. Transformational changes in the quality of your life take dedication and consistency - you will find that the time passes quickly! We will develop a schedule that supports your specific needs taking in to account your time, budget and area/s of focus.
